Dipak obtained his Ph.D from National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER). He is presently Institute Postdoctoral Fellow (IPDF), working on developing and utilizing small molecule based fluorogenic molecules for visualization, dynamics and interactions of biomolecules and soft matters.

Ph. D. Student
Souradip, an alum of Benares Hindu University, is an INSPIRE fellow. He is going to studies photophysics of fluorogeninc molecules and tries to make emissive solids out of them.
Swayam Prakash obtained his Ph.D. from IIT Madras and presently working as an institute postdoctoral fellow (IPDF), working on metal enhanced fluorescence.
Hemen has completed his Ph.D from IIT Bombay and joined as an Institute Postdoctoral Fellow (IPDF). His area of research includes ultrafast dynamics in plasmonic nanoparticles, dye-silica nanoconjugates, and semiconductor quantum dots.
Fariyad has completed his Ph.D. from IIT Bombay and joined as an Institute postdoctoral fellow (IPDF). His area of research is mainly focused on ultrafast dynamics of quinoline-coumarin molecule and doped semiconductor nanotetrapods.

Tanuja is also an INSPIRE fellow. Her research focuses on excited state processes in biomolecules and soft matter. She obtained her M. Sc. degree from HNB Garhwal University.

Prajit is an INSPIRE fellow. He has done his M.Sc from University of Hyderabad. Now he is working on Fluorescenece Correlation Spectroscopy and Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Miroscopy of system and materials

Arkaprava is a Prime Minister research fellow (PMRF). He has completed Integrated BSMS degree from IISER Bhopal. He is working on the design and application of fluorophore molecules for intracellular imaging and microscopy.

Gourab is a CSIR fellow. He has completed M.Sc degree from IIT Kharagpur. Now he is working on Ultrafast exciton dynamics in exotic nano and micro-crystals with potential for light harvesting.
